As time swiftly passes, 2021 has drawn to a close while 2022 approaches with renewed hope and promise. The new year brings fresh objectives and aspirations. On January 15th, DO·HONE held its grand annual gala in the company's third-floor Smart Hall, where all employees and leadership gathered together to celebrate shared achievements and welcome the coming year.
The event marked a joyful reunion after twelve months of dedication and progress in semiconductor protection solutions. Colleagues from R&D, production, and operations departments joined corporate leaders for an evening that honored yearly accomplishments while setting ambitious yet attainable goals for 2022.
The evening commenced with an opening address by Mr. Lan, General Manager of DO·HONE. Subsequently, Mr. Li Peitian, Deputy General Manager, delivered the annual review and outlook presentation, extending New Year's greetings to all colleagues.
The leadership then presented several prestigious awards:

Outstanding Performance Awards celebrating excellence
Additionally, annual shareholder dividends were distributed, while department leaders granted team-specific employee stock bonuses to their respective members. In their congratulatory remarks, executives encouraged awardees to continuously enhance their professional competencies, serve as role models in the coming year, and make renewed contributions to DO·HONE's growth trajectory.
The annual gala featured spectacular performances and joyous celebrations throughout the evening. The program included elegant solo performances by male vocalists, employee birthday recognitions, and engaging interactive games. Excitement built during the lucky draw sessions, where attendees eagerly anticipated winning prizes ranging from fourth-class awards up to the grand special prize. These highlights were interspersed with spontaneous "red envelope showers" that kept energy levels high.
More than just laughter and entertainment, the event fostered deeper connections among colleagues across departments. Heartwarming interactions between leadership and staff, combined with the thrilling prize drawings, created an atmosphere filled with continuous applause, harmonious singing, and enthusiastic cheers that resonated across the venue.
