DOHONE successfully conducted a two-day team-building retreat on July 7-8 at Shantou's Nan'ao Island and Chaozhou Ancient City, renowned scenic spots in the Chaoshan region. Carefully organized by company leadership and administrative teams, this long-anticipated event aimed to boost team morale and provide much-needed relaxation after three challenging pandemic years. Under the theme "Persevere Through Challenges, Ride the Waves to Success, and Create a Shared Future," employees enjoyed beach activities, sunset gatherings and seaside dinners, temporarily escaping urban pressures while strengthening camaraderie through these thoughtfully arranged experiences that perfectly blended professional development with personal rejuvenation.
The joyful two-day summer retreat has concluded successfully, with all participants demonstrating exceptional teamwork and camaraderie. This experience has allowed us to witness the tremendous power of a united team. Looking ahead, all DOHONE employees will continue to work in unison with shared objectives, maintaining our proactive approach to confidently address market challenges and collectively strive toward our annual goals.
