The DOHONE terminal tray is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy with a plain anodized natural color surface treatment, presenting a clean and uniform appearance. Through multiple mechanical deburring and edge rounding processes, all unmarked chamfers are set to C0.5, resulting in smooth edges without burrs or sharp spots that could irritate operators' hands. The tray achieves precise dimensional accuracy, an aesthetically pleasing clean surface, and excellent flatness against warping or deformation, ensuring reliable performance in high-frequency terminal handling and soldering processes with a long service life.

Formed in a single machining operation using high-precision CNC equipment, the tray achieves stringent control over cavity dimensions, flatness, and positional tolerances. Terminals are seated accurately and held firmly without rocking or shifting, relying on the precise fit of the tray features. During subsequent soldering or assembly processes, the tray effectively prevents terminal misalignment caused by vibration or placement deviation, eliminating issues such as soldering defects, poor contact, or handling damage. This terminal tray fundamentally enhances process consistency and significantly improves the first-pass yield of terminal assembly.
