The DOHONE PIN soldering tray is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy with a natural color plain anodized surface treatment, presenting a uniform and natural color. Through multiple mechanical deburring and edge rounding processes, the tray surface and areas around the holes are free of burrs and sharp edges, ensuring that the PIN insertion does not scratch the plating while also protecting the operator. The overall structure balances robustness and lightness, adapting to the high-frequency loading and unloading rhythm of an automatic PIN soldering production line. After experiencing soldering thermal cycles and mechanical vibration, the tray maintains its original flatness without significant warping or dimensional drift, with a service life meeting expectations.

Formed in a single machining operation using high-precision CNC equipment, the tray achieves stringent control over the positional accuracy and hole diameter tolerances of the PIN positioning holes, with smooth and vertical hole walls. After vertical insertion, the PIN achieves self-locking positioning relying on the fit precision of the holes themselves, without the need for additional clamping devices. During the soldering process, the PIN body does not shake, tilt, or sink. This tray fundamentally eliminates quality issues such as uneven solder wicking, pin tip offset, cold solder joints, or solder bridging caused by poor positioning, significantly improving the first-pass yield of PIN soldering and the reliability of the assembly.
