The DOHONE DBC substrate is manufactured using high-precision processes on premium ceramic base materials with oxygen-free copper layers, followed by thorough cleaning to achieve a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Through strict deburring and edge treatment, all unmarked chamfers are set to C0.5, resulting in burr-free, smooth edges that do not scratch or irritate operators' hands. The substrate exhibits excellent dimensional accuracy, a flawless surface, and outstanding resistance to warping or deformation, ensuring reliable performance in high-frequency assembly and soldering processes with a long service life.

Produced with tightly controlled manufacturing techniques, the DBC substrate achieves precise overall dimensions, superior flatness, and strong soldering integrity between the copper and ceramic. The copper layers are firmly bonded without detachment, voids, or edge burrs. During subsequent surface-mount or wire bonding processes, the substrate maintains its shape and positioning accuracy, effectively preventing soldering defects, uneven thermal dissipation, or assembly misalignment. This DBC substrate fundamentally enhances the reliability of power module packaging and significantly improves first-pass yield.
