The DOHONE 12*12 Carrier Boat Wafer Frame Cassette DSM90D23 is manufactured from premium SUS430 stainless steel with precise dimensional accuracy, a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance, and excellent flatness against warping or deformation. Through careful deburring and edge treatment, all unmarked chamfers are set to C0.5, resulting in smooth edges without burrs or sharp spots. The surface is free of visible scratches. Additionally, the cover features a precise Reverse Punc (reverse punch) design that meets specified functional requirements, ensuring reliable performance in high-frequency assembly and packaging processes with a long service life.

Produced with high-precision machining technology, the 12*12 Cover achieves stringent control over overall dimensions, flatness, and surface quality. The SUS430 structure remains stable and distortion-free. The clean, burr-free surface prevents contamination or scratching of mating components during handling.
