The DOHONE STS 25/26L DBC (B) substrate is manufactured from imported 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, presenting a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance with precise dimensional accuracy and excellent flatness. Through careful deburring and edge treatment, all unmarked chamfers are set to C0.5, resulting in smooth edges without burrs or sharp spots. The surface is free of visible scratches, and the substrate remains warp-free under thermal and mechanical stress, ensuring reliable performance in high-frequency assembly and soldering processes with a long service life.

Produced with high-precision machining technology, the substrate achieves stringent control over overall dimensions, flatness, and surface quality. The aluminum body is stable and resistant to deformation, while the clean and defect-free surface prevents contamination or scratching of components during handling. During subsequent DBC bonding or packaging processes, the substrate maintains its shape and positioning accuracy, effectively eliminating misalignment, soldering defects, or handling damage.
