DOHONE primary reflow soldering tray is exquisitely crafted from premium 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. It features a solid and stable structure with excellent impact resistance and wear resistance. Suitable for high-frequency cyclic turnover on production lines, it is resistant to deformation and warping after long-term repeated storage and transportation, boasting a longer service life.

Adopting high-precision CNC machining technology, the product achieves strict dimensional tolerance control and outstanding flatness. Chips can be positioned accurately and fixed firmly after regular placement without displacement or offset during processing. It effectively avoids chip misalignment caused by production line vibration and material placement deviation, reduces test data errors, process defects and manufacturing abnormalities from the source, and ensures the stability of the reflow soldering process and product yield.
