Product Description
The DOHONE bonding tray is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy with a natural color plain anodized surface treatment, presenting a uniform and natural matte texture. Through fine deburring and edge chamfering processes, the tray features smooth edges and no sharp corners, ensuring operator safety while preventing scratches to chips or lead frames. The structural design balances light weight and high strength, allowing long-term use on high-frequency pick-and-place, cyclic bonding production lines while maintaining original flatness and resisting permanent deformation, effectively extending the tooling replacement cycle.
With single-clamping forming on a high-precision CNC machining center, the tray cavity achieves excellent dimensional consistency and precision-level flatness control. Chips or substrates naturally self-center upon placement, and a slight frictional resistance provides stable positioning without the need for additional clamping devices. During ultrasonic bonding or thermocompression bonding processes, the tray resists position drift caused by high-frequency equipment vibration, eliminating issues such as bond point shift, tail pulling, or wire collapse resulting from poor tray positioning, thereby fundamentally improving bonding process stability and module packaging yield.
