Product Description
The DOHONE AMB metal tray is exquisitely crafted from premium 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with a hard anodized surface treatment. The product undergoes strict deburring, chamfering of sharp corners, and smoothing of edges, resulting in an overall flat and smooth surface with a solid and stable structure. It features excellent impact resistance and wear resistance. Suitable for high-frequency cyclic turnover on AMB chip manufacturing production lines, it is resistant to deformation and warping after long-term repeated thermal cycling and material handling, boasting a longer service life.
Adopting high-precision CNC machining technology, the product achieves strict dimensional tolerance control and outstanding flatness. AMB substrates or chips can be positioned accurately and fixed firmly after regular placement without displacement or offset during processing. It effectively avoids component misalignment caused by furnace vibration and material placement deviation, reduces brazing voids, solder fillet defects, and thermal stress abnormalities at the source, and ensures the stability of the AMB brazing process and power module yield.
