DOHONE 4-inch stainless steel cassette is manufactured entirely through a high-precision CNC integrated precision machining process. Stainless steel itself has high hardness and is highly prone to work hardening, resulting in large cutting resistance. This not only slows down the feed speed during processing but also significantly increases tool wear and raises costs. Producing finished products that meet semiconductor cleanliness standards is extremely challenging, making every finished piece hard-won.

Leveraging DOHONE's over 20 years of deep technical expertise in the semiconductor carrier field, we have continuously optimized the entire processing workflow. Combined with high-end precision machining equipment for refined production, we strictly control every dimension and surface quality. The wafer slots inside the carrier are meticulously processed, with smooth and flat inner walls, free of burrs and sharp edges. Wafers can be loaded and unloaded smoothly without sticking or scratching against the wafer edges, effectively avoiding the risk of chipping or scratching. Additionally, the outer edges of the product are chamfered and polished to prevent operators from scratching their hands during daily handling. This ensures both material safety and personal safety, meeting the safety production requirements of semiconductor cleanrooms.
