DOHONE 3-inch stainless steel wafer cassette, specifically developed for high-temperature baking processes in semiconductor manufacturing, reliably withstands wafer baking procedures above 450°C and is suitable for demanding thermal applications such as annealing and high-temperature curing. The product features a bolted assembly structure using stainless steel plates and dedicated stainless steel screws, which avoids the risk of high-temperature deformation caused by welding stress. The overall structure offers high strength and secure, reliable connections, remaining stable and free from loosening or distortion under repeated high-temperature thermal cycling, effectively ensuring wafer placement accuracy and reducing the risk of breakage and scratching.
