DOHONE 2-inch Stainless Steel Cassette supports fully customized development and can be designed and manufactured to perfectly match the exclusive workshop process flow of the customer's production line. To meet the supporting requirements of the customer's existing production line, this product enables seamless interfacing and smooth transfer with the PFA wafer cassettes currently used in the facility, without the need to modify existing equipment stations, significantly reducing production line adaptation and retrofitting costs as well as commissioning time.

After the wafer cleaning process is completed, operators can quickly transfer clean, contaminant-free wafers into this stainless steel cassette and proceed to the high-temperature baking stage for multiple critical process steps: high-temperature baking thoroughly removes residual organic solvents and adsorbed moisture from the wafer surface, eliminating process defects caused by moisture and solvent residues; simultaneously, it promotes full cross-linking and curing of the photoresist, significantly enhancing the adhesion between the photoresist and the silicon substrate, and improving overall corrosion resistance and etching resistance; additionally, it corrects the edge profile of the patterned photoresist, reducing edge burrs and distortion issues, and stabilizes the physical and chemical properties of various thin-film materials on the wafer surface.

The entire pre-baking treatment process is carried out with the stable support of this stainless steel cassette, preventing issues such as moisture, photoresist delamination, and pattern deformation at the source, effectively ensuring the processing accuracy of subsequent precision processes such as etching and ion implantation, significantly reducing wafer scrap rates, and stably improving the overall yield of terminal chips. It is suitable for 2-inch wafer processing lines for semiconductor discrete devices, optoelectronic chips, small wafer components, and more.

In terms of product performance, the DOHONE 2-inch Stainless Steel Cassette is manufactured using a high-precision integrated molding process. The overall frame structure offers high rigidity and uniform stress distribution, resisting warping, deformation, and slot misalignment even after prolonged use in high-temperature environments, with dimensional accuracy remaining stable over the long term. The product resists high-low temperature thermal shock and chemical cleaning corrosion, with a comprehensive service life of over 3 years under normal standard operating conditions. It can be repeatedly used over long cycles. Compared with disposable consumables and plastic carriers that are prone to deformation, it continuously reduces the procurement and replacement costs of wafer production consumables for enterprises, delivering outstanding economic benefits over long-term use.
