DOHONE's 10-inch Wafer Frame Cassette employs proprietary surface oxidation treatment to achieve flawless flatness without warping or deformation. This patented process involves multi-stage cleaning protocols after component molding, thoroughly eliminating oil residues and particulate contaminants from manufacturing. The resulting oxidized surface not only enhances visual refinement but creates an optimal load-bearing interface for wafer frames. Within the cassette, frames maintain uniform stress distribution, effectively minimizing jam and collision risks caused by surface irregularities during storage and processing – ensuring wafer integrity throughout semiconductor workflows.

Advantages of Donghongxin Cassettes:

CNC precision machining, surface polishing and heat treatment, burr-free, smooth surfaces, and high dimensional accuracy. This reduces wafer damage caused by burrs in the cassette slots or poor surface treatment during production. Made from SGS-certified premium aluminum material, the cassettes are wear-resistant and do not deform during use. This minimizes issues such as jamming of the iron ring and frequent machine alarms caused by cassette wear or deformation. Diverse size designs meet the technical requirements of different customer equipment. The unique slot chamfer design ensures 100% prevention of slot contact with the wafer.

Product Packaging Method

Our products are first protected internally with customized anti-static bags + bubble wrap, then placed into dedicated cartons (8 units/box for 6-inch cassettes, 2 units/box for 8-inch and 12-inch cassettes). Special packaging (e.g., additional outer cartons or wooden crates for long-distance shipping) incurs extra charges, ensuring secure delivery to your location.
