DOHONE Stainless Steel Wafer Cassette is specially engineered for high-temperature wafer baking processes operating above 400°C, such as annealing, photoresist curing and thin film thermal treatment in semiconductor fabrication lines.

Conventional ordinary cassettes will suffer permanent warpage and dimensional distortion after repeated high-low temperature cycling above 400°C, leading to wafer misalignment, uneven heating and massive chip yield loss.
