Through precisely controlled heating, soaking, and cooling stages, the internal microstructure of the frame undergoes refined transformations: the original crystalline structure is refined, dislocation density is optimally adjusted, and these microscopic-level modifications drive a quantum leap in mechanical properties. The heat-treated frame achieves significantly enhanced strength to withstand diverse mechanical stresses during wafer processing—whether from high-speed rotating semiconductor equipment or impact forces during loading/transfer in carrier baskets—while maintaining structural integrity. Additionally, its superior flexural resistance ensures zero deformation even after hundreds of bending cycles, providing a robust foundation for long-term, stable, and high-precision semiconductor chip manufacturing. Shipping Methods: We collaborate with clients to determine optimal semiconductor-grade logistics solutions for cost efficiency. Overseas small-volume orders (e.g., wafer-level packaging materials, leadframes, or ESD-sensitive components) are shipped via air freight or TAPA TSR-certified express services (DHL/UPS with anti-static packaging). High-volume shipments (silicon wafers, photoresists, FOUP/FOSB carriers) utilize ocean freight with DNV-GL certified anti-static/moisture-proof containers, supported by REACH-compliant logistics partners.

Delivery Lead Time for Wafer Frames

For standard 6-inch/8-inch/12-inch wafer frames (quantities under 500 pieces), the typical lead time is 2-5 working days for shipment. For larger quantities or other non-standard products, the delivery timeline will be negotiated separately and specified in the contract.

Warranty Period for Wafer Frames

A 6-month warranty is provided from the date of sale (excluding product damage caused by human factors).

Product Packaging Method: Our products are first protected internally with customized specialized plastic bags, then placed into heavy-duty cartons designed for secure packaging (additional charges apply for specialized configurations). For long-distance transportation, wooden crates are added externally to ensure safe delivery to your hands.

Shipping Methods
