The DOHONE Mini-HPD dispensing limiting fixture is made of high-quality aluminum alloy with a natural color plain anodized surface treatment, presenting a uniform and clean appearance. Through multiple mechanical deburring and edge rounding processes, the fixture surface and all edges are free of burrs and sharp corners, ensuring smooth and safe handling while protecting the dispensing needle and surrounding components. The overall structure is rigid and dimensionally stable, adapting to the high-frequency loading and positioning demands of an automated dispensing production line for Mini-HPD modules. After extended exposure to dispensing cycles and minor mechanical impacts, the fixture maintains its original flatness without significant wear or distortion, delivering a long service life.

Formed in a single machining operation using high-precision CNC equipment, the fixture achieves stringent control over cavity dimensions, flatness, and positional tolerances. The Mini-HPD substrate or component seats precisely into the fixture without rocking or shifting, relying on the accurate fit of the limiting features. During the dispensing process, the fixture effectively eliminates module movement caused by nozzle contact pressure or table vibration, preventing glue spillage, off-target dispensing, inconsistent dot size, or needle damage. This fixture fundamentally improves dispensing accuracy and process consistency, significantly enhancing the first-pass yield and reliability of Mini-HPD encapsulation.
