DOHONE 6-Inch 25-Slot Z06 Metal Wafer Cassette is designed to meet the core demands of semiconductor wafer storage and transportation. It is constructed from high-quality DuPont Delrin® and 6061 aluminum plate as the core base materials, and formed integrally through CNC precision machining. The structure is strategically optimized, with both side plates specifically made of DuPont Delrin® to fully leverage its inherent advantages, providing comprehensive protection for wafers.

DuPont Delrin® offers excellent natural lubricity and a mirror-smooth surface, with a friction coefficient significantly lower than that of traditional metal materials. This characteristic greatly reduces friction between wafers and the side plates during loading, unloading, and transport inside the cassette, effectively preventing physical damage such as scratches and abrasions on the wafer surface. It is particularly suitable for semiconductor production environments with high-precision and high-cleanliness requirements, ensuring better wafer integrity and performance stability.

Meanwhile, the use of 6061 aluminum plate balances structural strength with lightweight needs. Combined with micron-level precision achieved by CNC machining, the cassette ensures highly accurate overall dimensions and minimal tolerances. This not only guarantees stability during stacked storage but also facilitates handling and transfer by automated equipment. The material itself exhibits good corrosion resistance and anti-deformation capability, maintaining structural integrity and reliability even under long-term use in complex operating conditions such as cleanroom environments, thereby providing solid support for efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes.
