DOHONE 12-inch Metal Wafer Cassette deeply addresses the core demands of the wafer baking process, innovatively adopting a fully-dimensional hollow structure design. Particularly on the side panels that support the wafers, five flow-guiding holes are precisely opened at each layer’s wafer-bearing position. Through a scientific layout of hole positions and aperture design, it constructs efficient thermal circulation channels.

The hollow structure ensures uniform heating without compromising the product’s structural stability. The hole layout on the side panels has been optimized through mechanical simulation, guaranteeing both thermal circulation efficiency and firm support for the wafers. This achieves a dual breakthrough in "uniform heating" and "structural reliability," making it a key design highlight in semiconductor high-temperature processes for improving wafer quality.

Advantages of Dohone Cassettes:

CNC precision machining, surface polishing and heat treatment, burr-free, smooth surfaces, and high dimensional accuracy. This reduces wafer damage caused by burrs in the cassette slots or poor surface treatment during production. Made from SGS-certified premium aluminum material, the cassettes are wear-resistant and do not deform during use. This minimizes issues such as jamming of the iron ring and frequent machine alarms caused by cassette wear or deformation. Diverse size designs meet the technical requirements of different customer equipment. The unique slot chamfer design ensures 100% prevention of slot contact with the wafer.
