The DOHONE Slotted DSC Cassette is a specialized carrier device designed for the semiconductor wafer grinding process, precisely meeting the core requirements of high cleanliness and low damage. It provides reliable protection for wafers during grinding. Addressing the industry challenge of wafers being prone to friction damage and contamination during grinding, the product's shelves feature a high-precision PTFE coating through a specialized treatment process. This molecular-level surface modification technology reduces the friction coefficient to an industry-leading level, significantly minimizing contact friction between the wafer and the shelves. It prevents micro-scratches, chipping, and other defects caused by relative displacement during grinding, effectively ensuring wafer surface flatness and structural integrity.

Simultaneously, the exceptional anti-adhesion properties of the PTFE coating inhibit the attachment and accumulation of contaminants such as grinding fluid residue and dust particles at the source. This not only reduces the risk of wafer surface contamination and lowers the complexity and cost of subsequent cleaning processes but also prevents potential damage to wafer circuit patterns caused by contaminant scraping. Additionally, the shelf design fully considers the mechanical characteristics of the grinding process. While optimizing friction performance, it ensures load stability and structural rigidity, accommodating precise positioning requirements for wafers of different sizes. This enables safe handling throughout the entire process, from loading and grinding to unloading.
