DOHONE SOT23 package magazine is crafted from selected 6063T5 aluminum profile using an integrated extrusion molding process, delivering greater overall rigidity, reducing tolerance deviations caused by splicing gaps, and ensuring a stable structure that resists deformation. The product inlet is processed with micron-level precision CNC machining, resulting in smooth, burr-free slot walls, complemented by red standard anodized treatment to enhance surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance, while also facilitating visual distinction and management on the production line. Specifically designed for optimization of chip bonding processes, this magazine precisely adapts to automated equipment for storing and retrieving SOT lead frames. With strict control over overall flatness and dimensional accuracy, the frame loading and unloading are smooth and stable, effectively preventing abnormal stoppages such as jamming or machine collisions, reducing the risk of damage to lead frames and chips from impact, ensuring continuous operation of the assembly and testing line, and fully unleashing the production efficiency of chip packaging.
