In terms of material selection, the outer frame is made of high-grade 6061 aluminum alloy, which offers excellent mechanical and processing properties, including high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and light weight. It effectively resists impacts and compression during production, ensuring the overall structural stability of the magazine, while also reducing handling weight and improving production efficiency. Additionally, the 6061 aluminum alloy undergoes a special anodizing treatment, resulting in a smooth and delicate surface that resists oxidation and discoloration, thereby extending the product's service life and making it suitable for long-term, high-frequency production environments.

The interior of the product is crafted with high-precision PEEK slot plates. PEEK (polyether ether ketone), as a high-performance engineering plastic, offers excellent wear resistance, anti-static properties, and high temperature resistance, perfectly meeting the core requirements for handling and storing high-end chips. The precision-machined PEEK slide channels have a smooth, burr-free surface. During repeated friction and insertion/withdrawal of lead frames, they achieve zero dusting and zero particle shedding, fundamentally preventing dust and debris from contaminating chips, effectively protecting the chip's delicate structure and electrical performance. This ensures that customers can deliver high-quality chips on time and in full, while reducing defect rates and losses caused by contamination.
