In today's highly automated semiconductor wafer manufacturing process field, fine optimization of each link is like the close joint of precision gears, playing a decisive role in overall production efficiency and product quality. Among them, the transmission and processing of wafers are the top priority, and the performance of the robotic arm, as a key execution component in this process, has attracted much attention.

On the actual large-scale production line, the robotic arm is responsible for accurately and quickly transporting the wafer to various processing stations. However, due to many realistic factors, the moving range of the robot arm is not as good as you want, and its accuracy also has certain limitations. On the one hand, the compactness of the production line layout requires the robot arm to complete complex movements in a limited space, which makes its activity trajectory limited to a specific area and cannot be stretched freely; on the other hand, long-term and high-strength continuous operations, as well as the wear of the mechanical components themselves, slight changes in ambient temperature and humidity, etc., will affect the accuracy of the robot arm to varying degrees, resulting in some deviations in wafer grabbing and placing them. Faced with these challenges, the Processing Metal Wafer Cassette developed by DOHONE adopts a unique 13-slot design, providing innovative solutions to the above problems.

For conventional 6-inch/8-inch/12-inch (within 50 quantities), we usually have 5-7 working days for relatively large quantities or other non-standard products. The delivery date will be discussed separately by both parties and will indicate the delivery date in the contract.

Product packaging method

Our products are first protected by customized special plastic bags + bubble bags for internal protection, and then placed in the corresponding special carton for packaging. Specific packaging is charged at the same time. For example, we will put large cartons or wooden boxes outside for long-distance transportation products to ensure that the product is delivered to you safely.

Transportation method

We discuss with our customers the best shipping method to help customers save costs. Generally, we use air freight or international express delivery for small-batch products in overseas markets, and large-batch products in sea freight.
