Delivery Lead Time for Wafer Cassettes

For standard 6-inch/8-inch/12-inch wafer cassettes (quantities up to 50 units), we generally require 5-7 business days for delivery. For larger quantities or non-standard/custom specifications, the delivery schedule will be mutually agreed upon and explicitly specified in the contract.

Product Packaging Method

Our products are first protected internally with customized anti-static bags + bubble wrap, then placed into dedicated cartons (8 units/box for 6-inch cassettes, 2 units/box for 8-inch and 12-inch cassettes). Special packaging (e.g., additional outer cartons or wooden crates for long-distance shipping) incurs extra charges, ensuring secure delivery to your location.

Shipping Methods

We collaborate with clients to determine the optimal shipping method, prioritizing cost efficiency. For international small-volume orders, we typically use air freight or international courier services. For large-volume orders, sea freight is employed to ensure economical delivery.

Delivery cycle of wafer carrier

For conventional 6-inch/8-inch/12-inch (within 50 quantities), we usually have 5-7 working days for relatively large quantities or other non-standard products. The delivery date will be discussed separately by both parties and will indicate the delivery date in the contract.

Product packaging method

Our products are first protected by customized special plastic bags + bubble bags for internal protection, and then placed in the corresponding special carton (8 pieces of 6 inches/box, 2 pieces of 8 inches/box, and 2 pieces of 12 inches/box). Specific packaging is also charged. For example, we will put large cartons or wooden boxes outside for long-distance transportation products to ensure that the product is delivered to you safely.
