DOHONE's dedicatedly developed 8" High Temperature Cassette demonstrates exceptional characteristics in this regard. This High Temperature Cassette is ingeniously designed with a 25-slot vented configuration. From a physical structure perspective, the 25 precisely arranged slots not only ensure sufficient and rational placement space for wafers within the cassette but also prevent potential thermal unevenness caused by excessive compactness or sparsity. During actual wafer baking processes, heat can be transferred more smoothly and uniformly through these vented areas. When high-temperature airflow enters the cassette interior, the vented design enables thermal air to envelop each wafer omnidirectionally, allowing all regions of the wafers to receive equivalent thermal energy. This design significantly mitigates localized overheating or underheating issues inherent in traditional cassettes, ensuring extremely uniform heat distribution across all wafers during the baking process. 

Product Packaging Method

Our products are first protected internally with customized specialized plastic bags, then placed into heavy-duty cartons designed for secure packaging (additional charges apply for specialized configurations). For long-distance transportation, wooden crates are added externally to ensure safe delivery to your hands.

Product Warranty Period

From the date of purchase, we provide a 6-month warranty (for non-human-induced damage) to distributors, offering free repair services (excluding shipping costs). For end customers, we provide a 1-year warranty (for non-human-induced damage), covering free repairs only (excluding shipping costs).
